1. Information collected

This static website does not store enquiry-form data on the website server. When you submit the enquiry form, your device opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. WhatsApp and your mobile provider process that communication under their own policies.

Where you enrol in a course, E.A.T Schools may collect the student and parent names, contact details, year group, curriculum, payment records, Moodle account information, assessment results and learning-progress data needed to provide the service.

2. Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, register learners, provide course access, communicate schedules, process payments, support learning, track progress, protect accounts and improve educational services.

3. Children and safeguarding

For learners under 18, a parent or guardian should take part in registration, payment and formal communication. We do not intentionally request unnecessary sensitive personal information from children.

4. Moodle and third-party services

Course delivery may use Moodle, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, video-conferencing or payment services. Each service has its own privacy practices. Only use official links and never share passwords or one-time verification codes.

5. Retention and security

Records are kept only for as long as needed for education, administration, legal or safeguarding purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information where applicable by contacting the official Egypt or UAE number shown on this website.
